I have recently received this lovely object, which is useful as well as beautiful. We have only used it for grating ginger so far and it does a better job than a metal grater. Next step will be to try stripping rosemary sprigs. So pleased I saw it on IG and bought it!

Easy to use and clean and looks gorgeous in your kitchen. I store my ginger in the freezer and it grates the ginger amazingly well straight from frozen. A wonderful gift!
