Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 New Zealand-wide. We reserve the right to adjust this shipping rate for large orders.

Local Pick Up

Pick up from my studio is available by arrangement by email info@megroulstonceramics.co.nz or phone +64 21 142 0500. 

Delivery in New Zealand

You should receive your parcel within 4-5 working days of placing your order if it is going to a New Zealand address.  Allow an extra day if the address is Rural Delivery. We use both NZ Couriers, and Aramex couriers for our national NZ deliveries.

I send Signature Not Required 

All parcels are sent as Signature Not Required.

PO BOXES
We can’t ship to PO Box addresses, only physical delivery addresses.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and orders are picked up by couriers on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, I will contact you.

If at any time you have any questions, email or call me - I'm here to help. 

Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of my own (due to shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

Pre-orders

If I open an item for pre-order, I'll always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product.

If you order more than one item, and any one of those items is pre order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is made. If you wish to receive in-stock items straight away, please place two separate orders. 

Pre-orders are generally offered on products that either sell out quickly, or items I only have limited numbers of, so I don't offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders. 

International Shipping

Currently I ship within New Zealand & certain products to Australia.  

If you would like to investigate shipping elsewhere in the world please email me and we can see if we can obtain quotes and see if we can make it work.

Shipping to Australia

We currently ship selected products to Australia via NZ Post from Christchurch, New Zealand.

  • Shipping rate: NZD $36 (approx. AUD $30) flat rate per order — please note this rate is subject to change if courier costs increase.
  • Maximum 3 items per order — this is the maximum that fits in our standard shipping box. If you'd like more, please place a separate order.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Dispatch timeframe: Please refer to the individual product listing for dispatch dates (some products are available as pre-orders with a specified delivery window)

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or duties applied to the package upon arrival in Australia.

In accordance with NZ law I will attach customs documentation to international deliveries which include a description and value of the items. Any additional customs charges imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the receiver.
