Limited to 25 pieces only. Each batch is carefully fired in my glaze kiln, which holds 27 pieces. I reserve 2 for quality control—sometimes glaze runs can fill the herb stripper holes, and only the perfect ones make it to you.

Meet the evolved version of my original garlic grater — now even handier for everyday cooking. I've taken everything you loved, and added two smart new features to make prep easier and tidier.

This clever little dish does three jobs in one:

• Grates garlic & ginger
• Strips fresh herbs like parsley, coriander & rosemary through the holes along the rim
• Doubles as a spoon rest, saving your benchtop from splatters while you cook
